Job Description:

As a Customer Service and Channel Operations (CSCO) Co-Op you will support Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine CSCO organization, with a focus on supporting all departmental functional work groups, including but not limited to: Customer Support Services, Reverse Distribution, Revenue Reconciliation, and Systems Operations.

You'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer and patient outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with teams across commercial, logistics, and customer service functions, and play a critical role in process improvement, strategic analytics, and project leadership.

As a Johnson & Johnson Co-Op you will also have opportunities to build a community with other Co-Ops through events, trainings, networking, and community outreach.

Core Responsibilities:


* Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements using advanced Excel skills.

Lead at least one high-impact project utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize pharmaceutical processes.


* Manage relationships with targeted customers and/or internal partners, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.


* Generate detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making, including weekly pharmaceutical supply chain reports, ad hoc analytics, and KPI tracking using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.


* Collaborate with internal teams on business process improvements and projects aligned with strategic objectives for 2026.


* Facilitate proactive communication by distributing reports, leading meetings, and supporting local team activities as needed.
