Work You'll Do / Responsibilities

As a NodeJS Technical Lead on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead the architecture, design, development, and enhancement of Node.js and TypeScript services, application programming interfaces (APIs), and Python-based integrations supporting the Digital Quote Platform.


* Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, estimates, and delivery milestones in partnership with client and engineering stakeholders.


* Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, security, maintainability, and documentation; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.


* Design, deploy, and support cloud-based solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins.


* Drive Agile delivery activities using Jira, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, release readiness, risk escalation, and stakeholder status reporting.
