Description

The Business Operations Manager works under the Vice President of Finance to strengthen financial accountability and support efficient program operations across The Arc of Central Alabama, including Blount and St.

Clair counties.

Responsibilities include reviewing expenses and supporting documentation; managing fuel cards and auditing usage; coordinating asset tagging, inventory records, and physical audits; assisting with purchasing and tracking technology and equipment; and following up on financial and operational issues with program leaders.

This role connects Finance with day and residential programs, helping staff resolve business needs, improve processes, and maintain accurate records while supporting quality services for the individuals we serve.
