Pay Range: $70,304.00- $72,104.00

The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $72,104 per annual year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA.

Aspiranet is seeking a Bilingual Child and Family Social Worker in Bakersfield, California to provide leadership within our IHBS program.

In this role, you will guide a multidisciplinary Child and Family Team in delivering individualized, trauma-informed interventions directly in homes and community settings.

Position Summary

The Social Worker (SW) provides case management services directly to children, youth and
families.

The SW coordinates, conducts and documents assessments, screenings, child and
family meetings, related program trainings, case plans, home visits, case documentation, reports,
interventions, on-call support which facilitate successful outcomes for children, youth and
families.
