The Strategic Capacity Manager supports the development and execution of long-range capacity plans that enable business growth, supply continuity, and operational performance across the Vision Care manufacturing network.

This role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and Technology teams to evaluate future capacity requirements, identify constraints, and recommend actions that align supply capabilities with business demand.

The position provides analytical support for strategic planning by assessing capacity gaps, evaluating alternatives, and developing insights that support decisions related to utilization, productivity, sourcing, and capital investment.

The role also contributes to planning tools, dashboards, and analytical capabilities that improve visibility and decision-making.
