Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Quality Systems, Innovative Medicine Quality, this role will lead accountability for establishing, implementing, and sustaining globally consistent end-to-end Quality processes across corrective and preventive action (CAPA), deviations and non-compliance, change control, Quality Risk Management, training, and related digital platforms.

Reporting to the Vice President, Quality Systems, this leader translates enterprise Quality strategy into integrated process standards, governance, performance measures, and improvement roadmaps that strengthen compliance, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

This role provides enterprise leadership for process design, governance, digital enablement, and continuous improvement.

The Head of Global Process Management partners with Quality, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Digital/IT teams across the global network to establish clear ownership and decision rights, identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities, recommend priorities and solutions to senior leadership, and drive consistent adoption while accommodating justified business and regulatory requirements.
