Your Day-to-Day

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to support the daily operations of Julio's Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference & Events while leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will play an important role in creating a positive workplace culture, driving service excellence, and ensuring our guests receive memorable hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service


* Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest


* Deliver personalised service aligned with IHG's True Hospitality standards


* Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently


* Provide recommendations on menu items, beverages, and specials


* Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately


* Support Room Service, Conference & Events, and bar operations as required

Support Restaurant Operations


* Coordinate opening, service, and closing procedures


* Ensure restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained


* Assist with inventory management and stocktakes


* Support compliance with food safety, RSA, and licensing requirements


* Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Lead and Develop the Team


* Support the Restaurant Manager with training, coaching, and development of team members


* Assist with team scheduling and timesheet approvals
