San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team.

Available Part-Time Shifts


* AM Shift - Weekdays


* PM Shift - Weekends


* NOC Shift - Weekdays & Weekends

Key Responsibilities


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.


* Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and requests.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.


* Support admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.


* Assist with meal service and tray distribution as needed.


* Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and fellow team members to provide outstanding resident care.


* Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications


* Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.


* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.


* Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
