We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and help our residents achieve their highest level of independence! ❤️

💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO

✨ Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.

🤝 Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.

🎯 Support individualized treatment plans that help residents improve mobility, function, and independence.

📋 Assist with department scheduling, documentation, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

🌟 Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.

❤️ Help ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation services that improve their quality of life.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


* Must be a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) or PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant).


* Current, appropriate South Carolina credentials and any required licensure.


* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.


* A passion for resident-centered care and helping others succeed.


* The ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.


* Previous leadership or rehabilitation management experience is a plus!

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

💵 Competitive Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year
