As a Product Manager within the Consumer Banking Product: Deposits 2.0 team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to bring a product to market, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job Responsibilities


* Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Partner with technology, design, operations, risk, legal, and control teams to deliver customer-centric deposit products and capabilities


* Utilize customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth


* Drive product execution through prioritization, stakeholder alignment, business case development, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the deposits product portfolio

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics


* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management


* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate customer needs into scalable product solutions


* Experience using data, insights, and customer feedback to influence product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making


* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners across a matrixed organization
