Payments-Digital & Design-Business Continuity-Incident & Release Management-Product Manager-Vice Pre

You see resilience as a discipline, not a reaction.

If you're passionate about reducing risk before it becomes an incident, building practical governance that enables delivery at scale, and keeping critical client-facing platforms stable, resilient, and continuity-ready, you've found the right team.

As the Resilience, Release Governance & Business Continuity Product Manager within Payments Digital & Design, you serve as the bridge between Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Executive Leadership.

You set the standards and run the forums that drive disciplined production change, continuity planning, and coordinated incident leadership across a complex global environment, partnering across regions and time zones in a follow-the-sun model.

You'll drive outcomes through influence and coordination, without direct ownership of the underlying platforms.
