Work You'll Do

As a MarTech Salesforce Cloud Developer on the MarTech Technology team, you will be responsible for:


* Translate business objectives into customer journeys, business rules, data and consent requirements, integrations, reporting, and operational requirements.


* Lead discovery and design activities; define solution designs, configuration approaches, development patterns, and acceptance criteria.


* Own technology-domain estimates, technical work plans, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and technical decisions; partner with Solution Architects and Project Managers on scope, milestones, resource needs, and status.


* Evaluate platform capabilities, constraints, alternatives, and implementation trade-offs; align solutions with enterprise architecture and reusable patterns.


* Lead solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, testing strategy, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness; review configurations, code, integrations, and documentation against standards.


* Support release management, production issue triage, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement; mentor Analysts, Consultants, and Developers and advise stakeholders on adoption, operating-model impacts, platform limitations, and value realization.
