Sr Lead Software Engineer- Java Full Stack/ IAM

Job Responsibilities


* Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, innovative identity and access management solutions.


* Modernize authentication and authorization platforms across multiple channels and domains, leveraging

* Evaluate and prototype internal and vendor solutions for user authentication.

Integrate anti-fraud and biometric authentication solutions into customer-facing applications.


* Utilize APIs and SDKs for both niche solutions and open standards.


* Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.


* Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.


* Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.


* Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture.


* Design, develop, and maintain custom solution adapters, authentication nodes, and orchestration logic that integrate with external data sources and endpoints.


* Design, develop, and maintain the supporting APIs and backend services behind the IAM platforms, including secure service-to-service integration.


* Build and maintain IAM web and UI components that invoke platform authentication flows.


* Design supporting data schemas, connection pooling, and failover for authentication and token storage.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
