Position Summary: The Front Desk Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and gym front desk teams.

This position will provide leadership and strategic direction, ensuring high performance, exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the flexibility and patience necessary to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk team; assign tasks and monitor performance Create staff schedules, manage coverage (fill in as necessary), and overtime Lead departmental meetings and ongoing training Handle policy enforcement and performance management Collaborate on revenue growth initiatives and improvement projects Conduct departmental risk assessments and ensure safety compliance Partner with HR to recruit, interview, and hire new team members Track and improve team goals and operational performance Maintain SOPs and assist in policy development and enforcement Ensure excellent service and empathetic care during patient interactions Support inventory, amenities, daily checklists, and opening/closing procedures Train new hires and cross-train team members in both clinic and gym operations What We're Looking For Three plus years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience in healthcare One plus year in a supervisory role Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/Database systems (Athena and Mindbody experience a plus) Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and healthcare procedures Flexible availability beyond typical hours, as needed Emotional intelligence, team leadership, and results-oriented mindset Rejuv Medical is dedicated to investing in the future of our team to maintain long-term relationships for lasting commitments.
