This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava or Žilina.

Your role:


* You will support project teams in visualizing ideas, digital experiences, and high-level screen designs.


* You will design interaction concepts for applications, turn them into interactive prototypes, and define UX/UI style guides for technical implementation.


* You will critically assess customer requirements, view challenges from the user's perspective, and support the development team through your work.


* You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, and internal stakeholders from the IT organization and various business areas.


* You will support the planning and implementation of holistic UX concepts, test the results, and provide constructive feedback.

Work Experience

Your expertise:


* You have completed a degree in User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable field of study, and have at least four years of professional experience.


* You have experience creating user experience, interaction design, and user interface concepts in software projects as part of an agile or similar team.


* You are proficient in Figma and common design and prototyping tools and can use a style guide or design system to create sophisticated and engaging prototypes (mockups and clickable prototypes).


* You understand how AI can support the design process and ideally have already gained practical experience using it.


* You are a versatile designer with a strong interest in improving user experiences within the IT organization.

You listen well and ask the right questions to understand the application's requirements.


* You are fluent in English and Slovak.

German language is nice to have.


* You are passionate about developing creative concepts, set high-quality standards for your work with great attention to detail, and always place the user and good usability at the heart of your work.


* You are empathetic, a team player, and enjoy working in an agile and direct manner with development teams and various stakeholders.


* You can organize your work and tasks independently and are open to complex topics and new, innovative technologies.
