Then come and join our global team as Innovation Project Lead (f/m/d) Cardiovascular Care Applications, to drive forward our innovations in the field of cardiovascular care for the benefit of our customers and their patients.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

•You will lead cardiovascular innovation projects in an international environment.

•You will work in cross-functional teams and partnerships.

•You will elicitate and prioritize requirements from working closely with experienced clinicians, scientists and leading global opinion leaders.

•In collaboration with internal and external partners, you will develop algorithms, applications and prototypes for multimodality data and oversee their transition into the R&D process and commercialization in the field of interventional cardiovascular care applications.

•You will monitor technological and clinical developments and the competition and derive relevant insights for our portfolio.

•Together with cooperation partners, you will produce scientific publications and actively contribute to the development of our IP portfolio.

•You will present and discuss our innovations in a manner tailored to the audience, both to customers and internal decision-making bodies.

Your qualifications and experience:

•You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, computer science or mathematics.

•You have many years of professional experience in R&D, pre-development or innovation - alternatively, you hold a PhD combined with relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field.

•You have solid knowledge of cardiovascular care imaging and interventions.

•You have very good programming skills, ideally developing AI solutions and using AI methods and agents.

•You have extensive experience in leading innovation or development projects with creative solutions, ideally also within partnerships.
