Work You'll Do

As a Consultant on the Salesforce Patient Services team, you will help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement, you'll help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement and service operations by translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities include:


* Gather requirements and document workflows for patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support.


* Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and process flows.


* Support Salesforce implementations through configuration decisions, testing, and deployment readiness.


* Work with clients, architects, and delivery teams to validate solutions and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

Required:


* 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience.


* 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation.


* 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment.


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.


* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
