Job Description:

At our Beerse Distribution Center, you will lead a complex distribution operation focused on ensuring that customers receive the right product, in good condition, with the right documentation, at the agreed time and at an optimal cost.

As Senior Manager Distribution, you will translate business objectives into clear priorities for your teams, evaluate performance, and report on the results of the distribution processes.

You will lead with our Credo values and ensure that safety remains the first priority.

You will operate in a highly complex distribution environment, covering worldwide distribution, specialized customer requirements, clinical supply, cold storage, vaccines, and Advanced Therapies.

You will work closely with the Beerse site organization and contribute to the European Distribution Network management team, helping to roll out the network strategy and manage its impact on the Beerse Distribution Center.

This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who can combine operational leadership, people management, compliance, customer focus, financial responsibility, and continuous improvement within a complex distribution environment.

What You Will Do

Lead a Complex Distribution Operation

You will lead and manage distribution activities across a diverse and highly specialized operational environment, including:

• Export / ROW: Worldwide distribution of large volumes of goods produced in Beerse or externally.

• Fine distribution: Distribution for different customers, including Janssen Cilag for the BLEU market and narcotics.

• CSU, direct-to-site distribution: Worldwide distribution of clinical studies to investigational sites.

• CSU, cold storage: Cold storage of half-finished goods and supply to the CSU packaging department.

• Vaccines: Storage and distribution at temperatures of -20°C / -60°C.

• Advanced Therapies: Storage and distribution of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Consumables, Cryo-material (human body material),...
