The Director, Data Center Field Services - AI Infrastructure leads service delivery for Dell's most complex and high-profile AI infrastructure environments.

This role drives the field services operating model across large-scale customer accounts, ensuring deployment readiness, steady-state operational excellence, high availability, and strong customer outcomes.

The leader works across a matrixed service ecosystem, partnering with Field Service Managers, Designated Service Engineers, Domain Engineers, Client Delivery Executives, and cross-functional Dell teams to improve service responsiveness, shorten turnaround time, sustain maximum uptime, and maintain strong operational performance.

This role is designed to flex across Dell's largest customer environments and requires a leader who can translate business priorities into field execution, strengthen service reliability, and build repeatable operating rhythms that scale.
