CNA Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Support mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs


* Monitor residents and report changes in condition


* Measure and document vital signs


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Follow all facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate and dependable work ethic


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
