We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Receptionist to support our Dental Department.

This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Check in Dental patients.

Schedules patients for Dentists and Hygienists.

Verify insurance on all patients and enter pay codes.

Verify appropriate documents are in the patient chart.

Runs monthly reports as needed.

Processes Dental Billing.

Connect patients with appropriate staff or department.
