🌟 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

📣 Build Our Presence: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote our facility and services.

🤝 Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, community organizations, and other referral sources.

🏥 Grow Our Community Connections: Represent our facility at networking events, community activities, and professional meetings.

💡 Bring Ideas to Life: Identify new opportunities to increase referrals, strengthen community awareness, and support census growth.

💙 Showcase Our Mission: Share the amazing work our team does every day and highlight the quality care we provide to our residents.

📈 Drive Results: Help develop outreach plans, track marketing efforts, and build strategies that support continued growth.
