Shared Living Service and Support Supervisor

WE'RE HIRING: Shared Living Service & Support Supervisor Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in human services? Vista Care is looking for a dedicated Shared Living Service & Support Supervisor to lead and support our network of Shared Living Providers (Independent Contractors).

In this role, you will bridge person-centered care with operational excellence--ensuring individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead fulfilling, safe, and empowered lives in community settings.

Key Responsibilities Provider Oversight: Conduct quality assurance audits, face-to-face visits, and continuous support for Independent Contractors.

Person-Centered Care: Coordinate individualized support plans, balance "dignity of risk," and attend transition meetings.

Healthcare & Safety: Oversee healthcare compliance, medical appointment coordination, and incident management (GER review).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with families, guardians, case managers, and state regulatory agencies.

Crisis & On-Call Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for emergency situations and on-call rotations.

What We're Looking For Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (or 3+ years of equivalent experience in the IDD field).

Leadership: 1+ year of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, active liability insurance, and a satisfactory background check.

Skills: Digital literacy (electronic databases & calendars), strong time management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
