Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a member of the U.S.

Talent Acquisition team based at Avient's global headquarters in Avon Lake, Ohio.

The role primarily supports the Early Talent Program Manager by coordinating university recruiting events and activities that attract, hire, onboard, and engage early-career talent.

The coordinator also provides administrative and project support to Avient's broader Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

Work Schedule
This part-time, on-site position requires approximately 25 hours per week, scheduled weekdays during standard business hours.Qualifications

Education and Experience:


* Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline with concentration in human resources or related field preferred


* 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field required


* Experience working with university/colleges in a recruiting capacity strongly preferred


* Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud and collegiate job boards


* Working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite, particularly Excel


* A combination of strong communication skills, creativity, and strong critical thinking


* Strong ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a calm, efficient manner


* Ability to develop strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization


* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment


* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive recruiting and employee information.


* Must be available to work on-site at Avient Global Headquarters in Avon Lake, Ohio


* Must be able to lift objects
