Associate Analyst, Procurement Operations

You will collaborate with partners, vendors, systems, and data to support an efficient procurement organization.
This position is in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule.
Relocation benefits will be provided.You'll chip in to the daily execution of procurement processes while developing valuable experience in analytics, technology, process improvement, and operational excellence.

* Supporting day-to-day procurement operations and resolving process-related issues to help ensure efficient Source-to-Pay execution.
* Assisting with procurement systems administration, data management, and user support activities.
* Supervising procurement data quality and operational controls to promote accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
* Preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide insights and support business decision-making.
* Participating in projects committed to improving procurement methods, systems, and the overall user experience.
* Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and service providers to address operational needs and support effective procurement processes.
* Maintaining process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support users and consistent ways of working.
* Supporting audit, compliance, and governance activities while finding opportunities to strengthen operational quality and controls.
We want you to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with proficiency in using data to identify risks, opportunities, and potential improvements.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems, processes, technologies, and business applications.
* Internship, academic, or project experience related to business operations, procurement, logistics, financial management, analytics, or process improvement preferred.
* Experience with business systems, reporting tools, or enterprise applications preferred.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.
