Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.


* Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LVNs, and other interdisciplinary team members.


* Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.


* Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Qualifications


* Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.


* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


* Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach to care.
