Excellent Career Growth Opportunities The 800 Buncher Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring wire bunching and stranding equipment to ensure quality production and efficient operations.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with others.
Successful candidates must follow established procedures, communicate effectively, assist with cross-training fellow employees, and keep their work area clean and organized.
Responsibilities: Operate and monitor wire stranding, bunching, and related equipment to ensure quality production.Load, unload, and thread wire and cable through production machinery.Utilize machine controls, perform basic wire repairs/welding, and assist with preventive maintenance as needed.Learn new product lines, maintain accurate production records, and support cross-training efforts.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a plus.Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.Basic math skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to safely operate material handling and packaging equipment.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
