What Youll Do As our Director of Underwriting & Policy Services, you'll have the opportunity to bring together two important areas of Olympus to support responsible growth, thoughtful underwriting decisions, and outstanding service.

You'll provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our Underwriting and Policy Services teams, partnering with managers to strengthen risk selection, portfolio profitability, operational performance, and the experience we deliver to agents and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop Our Teams Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Underwriting Managers and the Customer Experience Manager, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Guide staffing, performance management, training, and team development across Underwriting and Policy Services.Build a supportive, results-focused environment where teams work together toward shared goals.

Shape Underwriting Strategy Oversee underwriting strategy, guidelines, risk selection, and portfolio performance to support profitable, sustainable growth.Review complex underwriting decisions and ensure consistency with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.Monitor Florida insurance market trends and support technology, automation, and workflow improvements.

Strengthen Policy Services Oversee Policy Services operations, including staffing, scheduling, call center performance, quality, and service standards.Use performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Support the resolution of escalate...
