Senior Scheduler

Senior Scheduler (Construction) Remote Grant Leading Technology is looking for an experienced Scheduler.

This role will play a vital role in the development, planning, and management ofdesignand construction projects/programs for the companys contract with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

This role will consist of analysis duties along with scheduler duties.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can take raw requirements from a customer, translate them into scheduling items, and develop full master schedules starting from project development and controlling throughout project lifecycles.

This position is full-time and duties can be completed off-site.

The hours are 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities: Utilize scheduling software (P6 or Microsoft Projects) to develop and maintain project schedules Interact with key stakeholders including PM.

Take meeting minutes and take action on meeting agenda items Develop scheduling basis of estimates and other supporting documentation (maintain and update ground rules and assumptions) Prepare Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Estimate contract time and determination for multiple projects Establish and manage risk associated with the project Establish reporting metrics and KPIs including look-ahead scheduling and critical path Develop schedule management plans Prepare and present schedule reports for executive management and clients Conduct delay analysis and what-if scenarios including disruption claims Schedule analysis and progress completion verification Conductproject phase scheduling Integrate external fragnets into project schedule Develop resource allocation schedules Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of applied scheduling experienceBachelors Degree in Construction Management or Business or relevant degreeRelevant experience in project managementMust know Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectMicrosoft Office SuiteExceptional communicator (both oral and written)- able to manage up, able to interact and collaborate with peers and customersProven critical thinking and analytical skillsFederal Government experienceMust be willing to work East Coast hoursMust be able to pass a Federal Government background checkMust live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to travel up to 25% of the time Preferred Skills: Experience with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards About Grant Leading Technology: Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is a verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) government contracting firm.
