Project Manager

NIKA is hiring for aProject Manager to support the Base Operations and Maintenance Division in Fort Steward, Maryland.

The role will sit onsite.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall performance of the work under the contract and serves as the Contractors primary authority for all contract matters related to the daily operation of the contract.

The PM shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in all such matters.

Job Description: Serve as the Contractors primary point of contact for the daily operation and performance of the contract.Exercise full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations.Maintain responsibility for ensuring the work is performed in accordance with contract requirements.Be present and on-site and available during normal duty hours.Attend the post-award conference, at which time the Contractor shall provide the Government/Contracting Officer (KO) with the PMs name.When unavailable, ensure an Alternate Project Manager (APM) is designated to perform the same duties and responsibilities during the PMs absence.Maintain the required security clearance for the duration of the contract.
