Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Director, US Commercial Finance to support the Heart Recovery business within Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Danvers, MA.

Position Overview
The Associate Director serves as a strategic finance business partner to the US Commercial Leadership Team, providing financial leadership, business insights, and decision support to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and compliant business practices.
This role is responsible for leading commercial finance activities across revenue forecasting, operating expense management, pricing and contracting, business case development, investment governance, and financial planning.
The position partners closely with Commercial, Sales Operations, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, HR and X-Finance teams to deliver business objectives while ensuring strong financial controls, SOX compliance, and adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values.
The Associate Director leads a team of finance professionals and is responsible for developing organizational capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and advancing digital and analytical solutions that enhance decision-making.
