Purpose:

The Senior Ergonomics & EHS Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing ergonomic, occupational health, and safety programs to identify, evaluate, and reduce workplace risks while promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

This role serves as the site technical resource for ergonomics, leading ergonomic assessments, injury prevention initiatives, return-to-work programs, and risk reduction activities across the organization.

Under the supervision of the Site EHS&S Representative, the position supports compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Johnson & Johnson EHS Standards, ISO 14001 requirements, and occupational health programs.
