Within Wealth Management Solutions, the Global Deposits business provides a broad range of liquidity, cash management, and deposit solutions that help clients manage operating liquidity, strategic cash balances, and long-term wealth objectives.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director to lead the Global Deposits Product organization and drive the next phase of growth and transformation for the business.

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the multi-year product, technology, and operating model strategy for Global Deposits.

The successful candidate will lead a sizeable, globally distributed team across regions and disciplines while partnering with senior executives across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics.

The role combines business leadership, product strategy, organizational management, and transformation delivery, with responsibility for modernizing deposits capabilities, advancing AI-driven solutions, enhancing commercial effectiveness, and improving operational scalability across the franchise.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy


* Lead, develop, and inspire a global team across multiple regions and functional disciplines.


* Define and execute the Global Deposits product, technology, and operating model strategy.


* Establish organizational priorities, governance frameworks, and investment plans that support long-term business growth.


* Partner with senior leadership to shape strategic direction and business objectives.

Product & Platform Transformation


* Drive modernization of deposits capabilities, including pricing, onboarding, servicing, workflow, reporting, and operational processes.


* Deliver scalable solutions that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.


* Translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and executable roadmaps.

AI, Data & Commercial Enablement


* Lead the Global Deposits AI and digital transformation agenda.


* Deliver capabilities that enhance sales effectiveness, pricing support, workflow automation, and advisor enablement.


* Leverage data and analytics to improve decision-making, governance, and business outcomes.

Execution & Stakeholder Management
