The Opportunity

Clinical leadership opportunity available in Melbourne! This role combines team leadership, clinical expertise, customer management, operational coordination and partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to support the performance and capability of the Joint Reconstruction Clinical Team in VIC.

Key responsibilities include:



* Leading, coaching and developing the VIC Joint Reconstruction Clinical team, building capability, accountability, high performance, and effective collaboration


* Ensuring strong clinical support and case coverage across VIC by optimising resources, developing talent, and addressing team capability needs


* Maintaining advanced clinical expertise in Hip & Knee Reconstruction, including complex revision procedures and VELYS™ robotic technology


* Partnering with key surgeons, customers, and the Regional Sales Manager to align clinical resources, drive customer priorities, and support business execution


* Overseeing clinical operations, team performance, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance clinical education, technology adoption, and long-term talent development
