Field Service Technician

Massman Automation is looking for an Experienced Field Service Technician to join our team here in Alexandria, MN You won't be sitting behind a desk all day! You'll be out in the field helping customers keep their equipment running and performing at its best.

Install, start up, troubleshoot, repair, and service packaging machineryDiagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls-related issuesWork directly with customers to identify problems and find solutionsTravel to customer locations for installations, service calls, and equipment supportTrain and coach customers on equipment operation and maintenanceUse your technical expertise to identify the root causenot just fix the symptomPartner with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to resolve issuesDocument service activities, repairs, parts, and recommendations You'll have the opportunity to build your technical skills, work alongside talented engineers and technicians, travel to customer sites, and become the person customers know they can count on.
