Payroll Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our accounting team.

In this role, you will manage weekly payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure strict compliance with tax regulations.

The ideal candidate has Exceptional attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, and a strict commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities Accurately execute weekly payroll for multiple companies using OneHCM.

Input and update employee profiles, hours worked, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.

Review and reconcile timecard data within the OneHCM system, resolving anomalies with department managers.

Assist with quarter-end and year-end payroll tax filings, W-2 distributions, and regular compliance audits.

Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll, labor distribution, and benefit reports via OneHCM for leadership review.

Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding paystubs, deductions, and system access.

Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: DOE Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated payroll processing experience.

Proven hands-on experience with OneHCM or other payroll specific software.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and standard office suites.

Deep understanding of local, state, and federal payroll taxes and wage-and-hour laws (FLSA).

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
