Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy Assist in communicating with ICOs as instructed by the Operations Manager Prepares correspondence and documents as needed Communicates difficulties to the supervisor Create letters to ICOs and/or participants, as well internal emails and correspondence to DAAA departments Create a report for each bill Submit processed bills for review File documents and provides clerical and administrative support to Staff Reconcile billing Reclassify cases as needed
