Treatment Nurse

TREATMENT NURSE — JOIN OUR TEAM!

Are you a nurse who has a passion for wound care, treatments, and making a difference? We want YOU at Hillsboro Post Acute!

We're looking for a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team and help keep our residents healthy, comfortable, and thriving.

What You'll Do:


* Provide and document treatments as ordered


* Perform wound care and dressing changes


* Monitor skin integrity and identify changes


* Complete accurate treatment documentation


* Communicate changes with the nursing team, physicians, and families


* Help prevent skin breakdown and promote healing


* Work closely with our interdisciplinary team

What We're Looking For:


* LPN or RN


* Strong clinical and organizational skills


* Compassionate and dependable


* Wound care/treatment experience is a plus


* Long-term care experience is a plus
