Manufacturing Supervisor

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and a strong background in fabrication processes? We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our El Paso, TX team and take ownership of end-to-end production execution.

You'll lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency.

This position is a 2nd shift role.

The shift schedule is 3:30 PM - 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.

What will you do?


* Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of quality and safety standards


* Set production priorities, allocate people and equipment, and resolve blockers through effective escalation


* Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize throughput and costs


* Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and enhance performance
