What are we looking for?

The Modular Inspector is responsible for traveling to client manufacturing facilities and sites and conducting inspections per the approved quality procedures, plans and per the required state rules and regulations.

This position will travel at least 80% of the time.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Perform in-plant inspections: Inspect modular units, components, and building systems during manufacturing.


* Verify compliance: Compare work against approved drawings, specifications, engineering requirements, codes, and program standards.


* Inspect construction and materials: Review concealed construction and verify materials, components, equipment, and assemblies meet approved requirements.


* Monitor quality control: Verify compliance with approved QA/QC procedures and review required production, inspection, and corrective-action records.


* Document inspections: Prepare inspection reports, photographs, observations, and production


* Support certification: Verify completed units meet applicable requirements before certification, labeling, or state insignia is authorized.
