What will you do?


* Oversee industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably EE/ECE/ME


* At least 2 years experience in Project Management and New Product Development


* Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical results


* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities that foster collaboration and trust


* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently


* Strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail in complex project environments
