We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a small operations team in achieving production targets while ensuring a safe, compliant, and GMP-driven working environment.

In this role, you will coach and support team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize daily manufacturing processes to support the broader Operations unit.

Working on a shift roster, you will combine strong leadership with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Dutch (A2) and English (B2) language skills are required.
