Hayward Gardens Post-Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities


* Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls


* Assist visitors with sign-in and facility procedures


* Respond to general questions and provide appropriate information


* Maintain a professional and organized reception area


* Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks


* Receive and distribute mail and other deliveries


* Maintain accurate records and logs as needed


* Communicate messages to appropriate departments and staff


* Protect resident and facility confidentiality


* Provide excellent customer service to residents and families


* Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications


* Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred


* Excellent communication and customer service skills


* Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor


* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


* Basic computer and office skills


* Reliable and dependable


* Ability to work effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff


* Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
