Increase product/industry awareness with the use of IPS provided training tools and external research.

Establish a thorough understanding of the assigned accounts relationship with IPS and their services.

Contact customers for in person meetings at least once per year.

Review services, and present opportunities to tighten our relationship through: Additional trainingReview free online trainingSelling of additional servicesImplement select servicesTrain customer on new services Create and manage bi-annual customer satisfaction surveys.

Provide new customer and existing customer training when needed.
