Compliance Risk Management Senior Officer - Associate

As a Compliance Risk Manager Senior Associate within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk organization, you will provide second line of defense support and oversight for two critical product lines in Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Payments: Global Liquidity, Account Solutions & Escrow, and Embedded Finance & Solutions.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a second line of defense function, fostering stakeholder relationships, including Business, Legal, Finance, Audit and other control functions, driving innovation, and ensuring a strong risk and control environment.

Job Responsibilities


* Support compliance and operational risk management activities across CIB Payments, aligning with firmwide objectives and regulatory expectations.


* Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders in the review and implementation of new products, services, vendor relationships, and client onboarding, ensuring robust risk and control frameworks.


* Represent Payments CCOR in control forums, business meetings, and industry events, communicating clear and compelling risk and compliance messages.


* Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, providing oversight and guidance for business implementation of new rules and regulatory requirements.


* Support second line controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies, contributing to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
