VIE - Electronics Supply Chain Planning Analyst - Budapest

Join Schneider Electric's Europe Electronics Supply Chain team and contribute to the coordination of supply chain activities supporting six manufacturing plants across France, Germany, Italy, and Latvia.

As a VIE Electronics Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will work closely with Supply Chain experts to improve supply resilience, support inventory management initiatives, and contribute to transformation projects across the European Electronics Cluster.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international supply chain operations, planning processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilitiesSupport Supply Chain Resilience


* Contribute to supply chain resilience initiatives with a focus on electronics component availability and supply securitization.


* Monitor supply risks and support mitigation actions in collaboration with supply chain stakeholders.


* Participate in the analysis of supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Inventory & Performance Management


* Support the execution and monitoring of inventory management action plans.


* Assist in tracking inventory performance and supply chain KPIs.


* Contribute to reporting activities and preparation of business reviews.


* Help consolidate and analyze data to support decision-making.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement


* Support factories in the adoption of new planning tools and digital solutions.


* Participate in supply chain transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.


* Assist in deploying new corporate supply chain programs and best practices across the cluster.


* Contribute to change management activities and stakeholder communication.

What will help you succeed?


* Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.


* First experience required (internship or apprenticeship included).


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Interest in manufacturing and supply chain planning processes.


* Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions.


* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment.


* Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or planning tools is a plus.


* Fluent English.
