Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience Expected timeframe to fill position: Immediately Job Summary: The health of the garden is the primary goal and responsibility of those in the cultivation department.

Duties include the following but are not limited to, defoliation, pruning, harvest cut down and clean up, fresh frozen prep, taking out trash and keeping the cultivation areas clean and free from clutter.

Tasks such as cloning, transplanting, topping, watering plants will be taught after time well spent in the Garden.

Gardeners typically work 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Opportunities for weekend work is open when available.

Gardeners are expected to be flexible in their schedule and be prepared to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily work such as defoliation, pruning, harvest cut down and clean up, fresh frozen prep, and cleaning of cultivation rooms/work areas Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana plants being cultivated Adhere to all regulations and policies set forth by the Marijuana Enforcement Division Learn and apply safe and effective commercial marijuana cultivation techniques Other duties and projects as assigned by management, both in MA & CO Job Requirements (Education and Experience) Highschool diploma or equivalent No prior cannabis industry experience required This job involves cannabis and requires that you be at least 21 years old.

Must have a proficient understanding of METRC to complete assigned tasks Essential Job Functions Must qualify for the use of a full-face respirator Must be able to complete repetitive fine motor movements Must be able to seize, hold, grasp, turn, open, close, lift, or otherwise work with your hand(s) to manipulate packaging, products, and pruning equipment repetitively throughout a 10hr shift.

Must be able to work in an environment with high noise and high light intensity Must be comfortable using provided PPE such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary.

Qualifications Must be able to work well with others as well as independently Must pass a background check in order to obtain an MED badge through Marijuana Enforcement Division.
