Cooling Product Owner

The Cooling Product Owner leads the prioritization and refinement of backlogs for more complex product scopes.

They act as a senior liaison between stakeholders, regions, and the Agile team, ensuring alignment with business goals and market expectations.

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Support

• Lead roadmap execution for a defined product area.

• Translate complex requirements into refined epics/projects scopes.

• Present and represent the product line to the leadership team in Stage Gate/Events

Sales, Marketing & Communication Assets

• Validate accuracy and effectiveness of sales & marketing materials.

• Support major product launches with global/regional alignment.

• Guide content creation for blogs, application notes, and sales training.

Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking

• Lead detailed competitor analysis and feature-level benchmark.

• Identify strategic gaps based on market and technology trends.

• Support portfolio recommendations to Portfolio Strategy.

Pricing & Business Case Support

• Support development of costing strategies for new features/products.

• Review price list updates in alignment with roadmap evolution.

• Contribute to medium-complexity business case evaluations.

Data Analysis & Internal Reporting

• Interpret win/loss insights and translate them into actions.

• Provide summaries of market trends for strategic discussions.

Collaboration with Regions & Cross-Functional Teams

• Align cross-functional teams on development and launch plans.

• Support regions with high-impact projects and product performance issues.

• Coordinate requirements across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Customer & Stakeholder Interaction

• Support key customer opportunities or escalations.

• Participate in strategic customer visits and gather actionable insights.

• Deliver structured product training to Sales and new hires.
