Position Summary:

Supports the Economic Survey Research Center’s (ESRC) core survey outreach and operations by coordinating intern onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day support for the ESRC’s Outreach Lab.

Assists in the management of and coordinates processes related to panelist recruitment including communication planning and oversight of external call center activities.

Plays a key role in maintaining and improving survey panels through monitoring response rates, managing retention activities, and ensuring regular updates and cleaning of the panel database.

Uses survey platforms and CRM tools such as Qualtrics and Salesforce to support panel operations and recruitment workflows.

Prepares monthly survey data releases and contributes to ongoing survey research activities.

Supports ESRC operations and other initiatives as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:



* Employs strong organizational skills to support intern onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day coordination, along with oversight of external call center activities related to recruitment.


* Supports survey respondent recruitment, retention, and overall survey panel maintenance by coordinating communications, managing recruitment workflows, monitoring response rates, conducting regular database cleaning, and assisting with follow‑up calling efforts.


* Develops and maintains proficiency in key survey and panel management tools, including Qualtrics Survey Software and Salesforce CRM.


* Analyzes monthly survey data and prepares releases for the public website and accompanying materials for publication.


* Coordinates operational activities with ESRC colleagues and Bank stakeholders, contributing to the development of presentation materials and reports.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
