Koch Capabilities, LLC is seeking a Transactional Services Manager to join our in-house Transactional Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our transaction execution paralegal team, which plays a critical role in supporting corporate transactions across a global organization.

In this role, you will oversee, develop, and mentor a team of paralegals while also providing hands-on support to the team as needed to ensure the successful execution of transactions.

The Transactional Services Manager will help drive strategic initiatives, identify opportunities to improve processes and champion innovation.

Our Team

We are a team of 20 attorneys and paralegals based in Wichita, providing comprehensive transaction support to the global Koch businesses-from strategy through execution and ongoing compliance.

Our work includes entity formations and liquidations, reorganizations, and capital deployment.

What You Will Do


* Supervise a team of paralegals and legal professionals to provide support to our corporate transactions capability


* Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless management and execution of transactions


* Oversee the training of new paralegals and the on-going development and growth of team members


* Drive innovation and transformation within the capability by utilizing and experimenting with technology and process improvements


* Direct paralegal support as needed, including legal-document review, management of document signature process, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders and more

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience utilizing multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills while managing multiple priorities across various customers


* Experience in a professional office environment


* Skilled in written communication and document review with a keen attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation


* Experience independently initiating tasks and completing them with minimal supervision

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience leading and/or supervising a team


* Law firm and/or in-house legal experience in a large volume transactional environment


* Document drafting and review experience


* Knowledge and experience in the use of SharePoint
